For guests that will be a part of our ceremony rehearsal please join us for dinner after in the Oakley Room at MadTree.

Welcome Cocktails open to all of our guests. Join us in the Oakley Room/Beer Garden for a casual evening of cocktails and light bites as we kick off our wedding weekend. It’s the perfect chance to relax, catch up, meet other guests, and celebrate before the big day! Parking lot attached to brewery is free.

Please arrive by 5:10 at the latest. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30. It will be in an orchard facing the estate making it extremely hard to arrive to the ceremony late. Bus Details: The bus will be picking up at Homewood Suites which shares a parking lot with the Fairfield Inn. For those guest staying at the Fairfield Inn please walk to the Homewood Suites. The bus will be out front! Bus Schedule to Ceremony/Reception: (Ceremony and Reception are at the same place) 4:25 PM: Homewood Suites to Ceremony/Reception 4:35 PM: Homewood Suites to Ceremony/Reception. This will be the last and final bus to the wedding. Bus Schedule Leaving Reception: 9:30 PM: Bus from Reception to Homewood Suites 10:00 PM: Bus from Reception to Homewood Suites 11:10 PM: Bus from Reception to Afterparty at The Establishment. Those not wishing to continue the night can remain on the bus to take them back to the Homewood Suites/Fairfield Inn. 11:15 PM: Bus from reception to afterparty at the Establishment. Those not wishing to continue the night can remain on the bus to take them back to the Homewood Suites/Fairfield Inn. This will be the last and final bus leaving the venue. For those driving there is free parking at the venue. Cars can be left overnight and retrieved the next day by 11:00 am.
